I went home on the morning train, so goodbye world." It is with a shout of joy and a grateful heart that I say "see you in the morning" to all those I leave behind. For I knew that if this old earthly body gave out, that I had a building from God, eternal in the heavens, not made by man's hands. Funeral services for Mr. Willie Raymond Hunt will be held on Tuesday. July 29, 2025, at 1:00 pm from Mt. Hope CME Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Hunt entered into rest on Tuesday in a Macon GA health care facility.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Mrs. Lena Wise Hunt; beloved children: Michael (Lashosha) Hunt, Decki (Rodney) Hunt Alexander, Valecia Hunt Primus, Tracey Wise, Ashley Butts, and Marquita May; and a host of other relatives.

Friends may visit the residence.
