There is nothing quite so agonizing as the death of a child.

As someone once said, "The death of a child is like a period placed before the end of a sentence." As a society, we often wonder why God calls back His precious ones so soon after they arrive. This question is gently answered in Luke 18:16:

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Baby Eden Washington Jordan on June 30, 2025.

Visitation and an Informal Service will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the Ella M. Jones Memorial Chapel at J.H. Jones Funeral Home & Cremations.

Public viewing will begin at 1:00 PM and continue until the hour of service.

Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery.

He is survived by his loving parents: father, Linwood Jordan, and mother, Shanterial Washington; sibling, Paisli Jordan; grandfather, James Eurton; and grandmother, Lyndia G. Washington.
